how to create MSI Package for Visual C# 2008 Express Edition

Hi,

I want to create setup.exe ie MSI package using Visual Studio c# 2008 express edition.
In vs setup tab wasn't available.

In vs professional edition i created MSI package but i didn't do the same in express edition.
If any one have any idea then please suggest the same.
