create the N level tree using Json Data

I want to create the tree using Json Data .I am creating a organizational hierarchy , so I don't know at what level tree will grow. So to build the nlevel tree I need an idea.My Second question is I want to save the path of the child node while I am traversing from parent node to child node like Path Forward path [1.2.4.6.7 ] and How to break the json into another json .Please help me.

I am using JavaScript to write the logic.
