emulator of android dose not appear

emulator of android dose not appear when i press run button
i am using visual studio and when i press run button that what happened
start emulator error:mono
emulator was closed:mono
emulator cancel process start

also when i try to launched it from sdk manager i appear but nothing display on its screen

what to do??

when i press run button for execution this is the output

It looks like you are trying to build a DLL to run uder Windows. I don't see what connection this has to Android.
