please give some suggestion about my question.which way is good for c for microcontroller.i was try many and learn many books, but i am not getting proper material.

Perhaps you also need to include the microcontroller manufacturer's documentation? :-) I don't even know what is that microcontroller.

have you read many books?
What books have you read? if you have read, then take one of the books, again. Go through the book again, take a look at the chip they are describing. Also take a look at the compiler the book is using. Get a chip if not that hard to get. Get a Chip Programmer Device if not hard to get. Write the code in the editor. Compile it with the compiler. Write the binary data to your chip using the programmer. Design your pcb. And test it. You can also get test kit supplied by the chip producing company. But they are very expensive in South Asian context. I have Little knowledge with PIC micro, But I developed my own pcb all the time. Because the test kit was beyond my dream.

Start reading tutorials on the specific microcontroller you are using: microcontrollers are rather different beasts and you have to know which beast you are dealing with.
