Link to outlook memail

I have a link to an outlook email in my comment field

<outlook:\\......>

allways when i klick the link e get an error message

missing handler, would you like to install.

i klick yes, and nothing happens.

I did not code anything myselfe. i use ToDoList 6.9.6

i drag a email in outlook, and drop i in the commet field of the task.

the its linked in the task.

but when i click the link an error message pops up.
