The Application is unable to start correctly(0*c000007b)

I have an exe which is perfactly running when i execute on my own system ..and with my vs2012 also
and when i run this on another system it is showing error ..
?
on one system i am getting this.

JIT Debugging

and at this time i am running it on virtual machine for testing this show the error
