You start by doing the exact same thing anyone here is going to do. Google for "noogen" to see what the hell it is.
Oh, then you come up with a complete lack of documentation except for this one article here on CP:

Wow. I'd think twice about using something that doesn't have documentation out on the web and an apparent lack of support.
