What do you mean a website and not a web app?

A website is a web app in fact

He'll mean the project type in Visual Studio. A "Website" isn't pre-compiled into a single assembly, you need to put your code in special folders and it compiles on the fly and you can make changes to the cs on the fly too. It has various limitations over a web application.

Is that matters for this question ? I don't think so.

I was just clearing up the confusion over the term "website", and it probably doesn't have an effect in this case, but it is worth noting when you are using a website as some times it does matter.
