How to preview to sell the app and its source code?

There are websites where we can sell app source codes.
I am new in business.
One thing bothers me - how to show my app?
My app is .Net app and it can be easily turned into source code using special software.

I am gonna sell my app and its source code at the same time, i see 3 options:
1. Upload a video of how app works.
2. Upload a demo of the app.
3. Upload the app itself for free to sell its source code.

I would like to show only the video, but will it lose buyers?
What is better to gain more buyers?

Notes:
.Net Native is not ready yet.
I am aware of obfuscation.

I don't know if it would be a problem if you just upload a video because I don't know the website you're talking about and what the potential buyers do expect there.

Why don't you take a good [free?] obfuscator and upload the obfuscated application? E.g. ConfuserEx[^]

Consider this: Would somebody who is willing to go through the hassle of de-obfuscating AND identifiying the meaning of all meaninglessly named identifiers and renaming them buy your sourcecode if he hadn't the chance to deobfuscate it? Probably not! Because it would take him a lot of effort and somebody who has the money to buy it would rather buy it than go through that trouble.

I see there apps sometimes possible and not possible to download an app for free, but in the both cases they buy.

I hope here is someone who used to do such a business to help me.

I had a look at the .Net category there - the most expensive offer there is $42. Would your offer be in the same price range? Then definitely no one would invest the effort to deobfuscate it if he can get it for just a few bucks. I thought you were talking about some hundred $.

My program is going to be 5 dollars.
There are lots of apps about 15 dollars with 100 sells.
Some of them are free to run, demo or nothing at all.

My question:
If i upload only the video preview and no app, will they buy it?
