Recover replaced data in sql server

Hello guys,

Can somebody help me how can i recover replace data in my database sql?

accidentally all the data was replaced and i dont how it happened.

we used the system for a year and i didnt change anything in my code.

I hope you can help me, i really need to fix this its an important record.

You can get your data back, only if you were having the Backup[^] system for your database active and regular backups of your database were being made. If you were having a backup, then you can use SQL Server Management Studio to recover the data; read this guide[^] to perform a recover the SQL Server database. If not, then you should be more responsible next time.
