i work on windows 8.1 , sql server 2008 r2

It says it can't find sql server the way you're trying to connect to it.

Solution 1

Do you have both SQL 2012 and SQL 2008 / 2008 R2 installed on the same computer? If so, you'll need to apply at least Service Pack 3 for 2008, or Service Pack 1 for 2008 R2.

If you've only get 2008 R2, then you can't install a service pack for 2008.

Try 2008 R2 SP3 instead:
