Create appx file from VS2013 Ultimate but not install manual for WP8.1?

Hi all,
I use VS2013 Ultimate to build an application, after building, I get an appx file. I copy that file to WP8.1 (on SD card of my phone). I can not install manual it on my phone (although I turn on Wifi, access to Store, choose "Install local app"...., I don't see my appx file). How to do this? Thanks.
