how do I write conditional expression that will return AVG, Sum, Percent depending on row_description

In SSRS detail row I need an expression that can
(1) Count(lead_id) if the row_description is A
(2) AVG(price) if the row_description is B
(3) Divide C/A if the row_description is C

and all in one expression. I need it in one expression because I'm using a matrix that pivots to month columns.

how to do this?
