Hi,
Can any one please help me to block only alphabets and special characters using regular expressions.

I don't think any characters are "special". Anyway, regular expression don't "block" anything. What exactly are you trying to achieve? In all cases, just learn regular expressions.
In this context, there are no "alphabets"; you probably meant to say "letters".
