I am using datagridview column's value as date of birth

date of birth property is

public DateTime Dep_dgvDOB
       {
           get { return _Dep_dgvDOB; }
           set { _Dep_dgvDOB = value; }
       }

assigning into property
objUserBEL.Dep_dgvDOB = DateTime.Parse(Row.Cells[3].Value.ToString());
