How to make my VB.NET project with MySQL as my DB an Installer?

Please help me.

I make an Inventory system using VB.NET I use VS 2010, I use MySQL as the database of my project.

I wonder how can I make my project a one setup Installer?
What I mean is I want it to be an Installer that will also install all the tools I've used including the database and connectors.

Please help me.

I try using Setup and Deployment in Visual Studio. I use Visual Studio Project > CAB Project...
