How to load user control depending on viewmodel

I am having 4 types of class

Q1
Q2
Q3
Q4

and all inherited by Q. Now I am storing list of Q type and i stores Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4 classes instance. I want to show proper user control depending on type. for four types of classes there are four different user controls.

How to achieve this using WPF MVVM
