I am using Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate, and Visual Studio 2013 Express.

I have a question that is; is there 2 separate versions of Ajax Control Toolkit dll for "Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate", and "Visual Studio 2013 Express" ?

The same AjaxControlToolkit should work with both version of the IDE. Are you getting any issue?
