For a company It is a requirement to develop a Resource Calender project, So that company Reporting Manager able to view work assignment. So kindly suggest me how I can develop.

All right, then explain what is "calender"? I know only one: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calender.

Kindly go through the below link. calendar means Like Excel data at X and Y axis
X Axis column: - Resource Name, Project Name
Y axis: - Date (Monthly)
