Rename sd card name more than 11 digit

Hi Everyone i want to rename my sd card name:185-21836-67 but my windows tell me it can't rename the name of divice more than 10 digit and it change my sd card name to: 185-21836-6 and
i change and try to rename it by Mac-OS but it have same problem, How can i change it?

If the system says that you cannot change it then you cannot change it.

Solution 1

Simply, you can't. The volume label field in the FAT is eleven bytes long.
