How to connect emulator to windows device manager center

Hi,

I have installed Virtual PC 2007 and Windows Device Manager Center.
Windows Device Manager Center does not detect emulator.
It should say Connected status.

I need to find WIFI in emulator. So It is required to detect emulator connection in windows device manager center.

Any Help will be appriciated.
