Actually i am developing first time so i have no idea about add to cart. Please help me. I am not able to understand the concept that how i will able to keep selected product all over my session/or visit.

i have researched but these all are gridview based and for single page only. I need to maintain cart for whole website.

I seriously suspect this is only your fantasy. Cart functionality is not directly related to grid views and would be nearly useless if it was for a single page. If something is illustrated on a grid view on one page, it does not mean this is what a component does. Will you try to look more thoroughly?
