If you google the error you'll see various things you can try to be able to troubleshoot this.

For example see: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/47ecd315-6372-46cf-b319-df098334fc74/the-report-definition-has-an-invalid-target-namespace?forum=vsreportcontrols[^]

If that does not work, I'd suggest keep googling as there can be multiple things causing this.
