Develop alarm app using phonegap?

Hi,
i need alarm plugins that must support both in android and ios. Alarm should run in specific times. I used this plugin "https://github.com/wnyc/cordova-plugin-wakeuptimer.git[^]" but not working.
Can any one help me.
