I don't want to use paging procedure in SQL server. This way the grid should show first 200 available rows in the beginning and then when the next 200 rows were loaded they would be added to the grid and so on until the query completes.

you can create paging procedure in sql server and fetch data according to page size {200 records}, if your requirement is different then please explain

Are you seriously expecting your users to scroll through 2.5 million rows?!

If they can read and process one row every second, and never take any breaks, it would take them almost 29 days to go through that many records.

It doesn't quite work like that.
We do not do your work for you.
If you want someone to write your code, you have to pay - I suggest you go to Freelancer.com and ask there.

But be aware: you get what you pay for. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.
