Run the query(for 25 lakhs records) data in background and load data in chunks as they became available similar to SQL Server Management Studio using external WCF

I don't want to use paging procedure in SQL server.This way the grid should show first 200 available rows in the beginning and then when the next 200 rows were loaded they would be added to the grid and so on until the query completes.

you can create paging procedure in sql server and fetch data according to page size {200 records}, if your requirement is different then please explain

Are you seriously expecting your users to scroll through 2.5 million rows?!

If they can read and process one row every second, and never take any breaks, it would take them almost 29 days to go through that many records.
