Can you clarify what you are trying to do?

You don't. Period. End of story.

Services cannot have any kind of user interface at all.

If you need to put up some kind of interface, you'll need a second application that the user runs. This application should talk to the service over some Inter Process Communication (IPC) mechanism, such as named pipes or shared memory. This second application can then put up the user interface in response to some message sent from the service.
