Hi All,

Can I make cross tab reports without summory field? If its necessary how can I display the columns which are individual cannot be summorized? Can I insert crosstab to any of report section? ya nly to header section?

I doubt summary fields are mandatory! Check properties of the control if you can handle it. Tough i think it would be either summary for all columns or for none. You won't be able to set summary for some and leave others.

Ya. Summary fields are necessary. Without summary fields we cant make crosstab reports. I achieved my aim by using max function. Even if its not so logical, working well. Because for each box I'll have one value which is a string. I used it as summory field and used the expression max. Its giving me my answer
