VS 2008 Crystal Report setup problem

I have a problem in package setup in crystal report. I am using VS2008 and Crystal Report that came with it. I used the setup to install the program in client machine, but the reports are not working as expected. What could I be missing?

You might have forgotten to include crystal report in your setup project.

Just go to setup project's properties, and click prerequisites.
Add whatever is required.

Select "Download prerequisites from the same location as my application" to prepare offline setup. But size will increase noticeably in this case.

if your getting the report asking for username and password then you will need to convert your project to pass in a dataset with the data required

why this happens in not sure still working on that answer.

If this isn't what the problem is then please do expand on your question

1. the Error Message if applicable if no error message a summary of what is happening and what should happen

2. what you've done code snippets would be useful

3. versions etc

4. tests you've done i.e. is the installed application problem restricted to one machine or many machines?
