How to dial a number using gsm modem ?

Hello everyone,

I want to make one application in which,
1.application dial a number
2. and when connected (phone receiver picked up at the other end)
3. will play a WAV file (sound file),
4. on completion will disconnect the line.

Please send me C# code or links
