How do I get the Discount information from Shopify in C#.net

Hi,
I am creating an external Cart Payment functionality in Shopify platform using their API & C# and Now Currently I am facing some issue regarding shopify API. The issue is that How do I get the Discount value/information from Shopify in C#.net

I have try https://store_name/admin/discounts.json[^] json. it'll display result OK but it's recommended to set User Name & store Password because it's not an API it is json from Shopify CMS.

it'll really appreciate if any resolve this issue.
