how to handle sub domain with in a single domain website

Hello All,

I hosted a website build in mvc4. I create sub domain like..
abc.mydomain.com
xyx.mydomain.com

I want to create single controller for sub domain in my main application and move to user on different action when request come from sub domain.How it is possible.
