Resolution of MFC Dialog based application gets changed. How to solve

I developed a dialog based MFC application. I gave it to my friend, as per resolution of screen the GUI has changed.
I want to fix the resolution of my Application so that it look same on any windows at any resloution.

That would be a bit silly - the whole point of screen resolution is for user comfort / ability to read.
You should attempt to make your GUI responsive to the available space - e.g. add scrollbars, minimum sizes on controls etc etc. Without seeing your application I can't advise on any detail.
