Dynamically loading an image into crystal report in VB.Net 2008

Friends, I am still very unsatisfied with the solutions so far provided. I am using VB.Net 2008. I want to dynamically load a .JPG image in a location on the Hard drive into the Crystal Report. Kindly give me the code that can achieve this. Your friend Jimmy
