2.the use of EDAXML and how it is APPLIED
3. The orchestration Engine
4. The Deployment of the Web Service

First of all, we need to ask why. It helps us to direct you to the proper solution. Second, your question is extremely broad and makes it sound like you want us to do the heavy lifting for you. Have you done any initial research or tried anything?
