How do I make a setup project with visual studio 2013 express

I have visual studio 2013 express and I know it does not have a setup project. What i want to know is, is there anyway I can get an plugin or use another program to make a setup file for my c# program.

Hi you can use install shield free edition(its third party) or you can publish using VS2013
