How to design a Guarded Switch in WPF

Hello all,

I'm in a need of designing a Guarded switch. Physical switch is shown below

Closed
Open

I need a functionality like this in my UI i.e. User should do an extra click to have access to the Button below.

The rationale is, the button would control power of certain devices. I don't want users to accidentally turn off the devices.

Hence, I need a Mask on top of On/Off button in my UI.
