hi ..i am using ns2 to simulate wsn clustering and i want use fuzzy logic for CH election..so can any one help me to program a fuzzy logic inside ns2 with out tolbox support?

This is a big and very fuzzy question. :-)
I don't think it can be answered in the Quick Questions & Answers forum.
Ns2 means "network simulator", not fuzzy processor simulator and not any other fuzzy logic system simulator. It's not clear why do you want to use one thing for another. Your goals are also not explained. The question, as formulated, simply makes no sense.
