How to Create Resource Work Tenure Graph

Hi,

I want to create a Resource Work Tenure Graph which shows the work duration of employee in a particular position.
I have a drop down and on it selected index change all the position under that team and the person working on those positions is shown.

Suppose if a person worked for 3 months and left after that other person joined on the same position then is should show both person in the same line of the position with different color.
It should look like Gantt Chart and should show the name of the person in side the graph bar.

I can create a Gantt Chart in asp.net but it does not fits my requirement as i cannot show 2 peron work duration on the same graph bar line.

Any help would be highly appriciated.

Please help if anyone has done simiilar requirement.
