Convert SGML file to XML Else SGML file To HTML

Hi Everyone,

I have been working around from past few days . I am trying to convert an sgm file to a xml or Html any conversion is ok . I just cant able to find a good approach since these are big files.

What i need is convert and SGML file into an XML or HTML file.
The main thing is i want to achieve this using asp.net C#.Any help is welcomed.
