Transpose and Paste Like A1 & A2 has to be B1 &C1 For many columns

Dear All
I have Around 250 columns each columns contains 250 Numeric digits, I want to Transpose and Paste in a Manner like Below

Column A                 Column B                  Column C

2                           2                         3                  
3                           2                         5     
2                           4                         0    5                                                                                  4                           
0                           9                         1
9
1                           3                         7                      
3
7                           6
6

Please Any body help me I am a rural student, In my office this work is given to me i have to do this for 250 columns this take too much time. Column A data has to be transpose and paste in Column B and C, like this.

Sir In short A1 has to transpose and Paste in B1, A2 has to be in C1, then A3 has to be in B2, A4 has to be in C2, A5 has to be in B3 like this,

~~You already know the name of the operations, you just have use google now.~~
I am not sure that 'transpose' is the right word.
Your example show that what is in column A is rewritten in columns B and C but rows are not regular.
Is there a reason to have the 3 first rows grouped and not the others ?
