How do I show dynamics website or Application asp.net website on platform windows 7?

I cant show my website asp.net application on widows 7. I use iis for show static website asp.net but I cant show dynamics website asp.net on iis. Do't read my sqldata base.How complete is a local IIS that can be associated with the database on his website in Windows 7 without the need to run Visual studio.
