Although i voted none, but i think that the future is for the mobile applications; as the web and desktop ones reached their maximum, except for some tailored solutions.

Do you even use mobile apps ?

(3) I Consider it the Programming Equivalent of Kiddie-Porn"The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits." - Albert Einstein

it's quit more complicated than desktop, less cpu, less memory, so you use faster & more efficient code to achieve the same results, which is no 'Kiddie' stuff at all peace & serenity

Actually, Not Kiddie Stuff is more descriptive than you may have intended.
All us Old Timers programmed in the 640K limit of DOS - and that before the system to bits of memory for all sorts of purpose (including being a system). We slip into and out of inline assembly just as naturally as breathing, accessing the system Bios directly to speed up and slim down.
I can't even count myself amongst those who worked in even smaller spaces with Commodores and Apples (before they were Macs).
Meanwhile, I've take the liberty of not explaining the implications of answer (3) to you, and will leave it as an exercise."The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits." - Albert Einstein
