For Control Panel:
 
Process.Start("control.exe");
 
For My Computer:
 
Process.Start("explorer.exe", Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolder.MyComputer));
 
For the rest, we can use GUID just like the original.
 
For Recycle Bin,
 
Process.Start("::{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}");
 
and similarly for Network Places too.
