Learning C# 3.0 is but one of many C# books. That book will be good if you are already familiar with the .Net Framework, which it appears you are.
Pro C# 2008 and the .NET 3.5 Platform seems like a good combination if you want to learn the real useful stuff (beyond the C# language, the .Net Framework is where the real power lies).
Beginning ASP.NET: In C# and VB will give you a side-by-side comparison of C# and VB as they relate to ASP.NET. This may be your best choice, as it will compare what you already know with C#. It also has a very high user rating, which is a good sign.
Pro WPF in C#: Windows Presentation Foundation with .NET 3.5 is probably not something a beginner would want to look at, but if you are confident in your ability to learn then WPF is the way to go. WPF is basically a replacement for Windows Forms (both are primarily used for desktop development).
Search Amazon for some more books if you like. Check out what the topics are (most have a table of contents you can look through online) and decide which you would like.
