CD Rom Open and Close programatically

hi, ive gotten my cd rom to open automatically but is there a way that once the cd rom has opened to close by itself after like 3 seconds has gone by? if there is any code examples of this please need help with this issue

yea thanks that worked it opens and closes by itself, but it opens and closes all the time till i actually terminate the program
