Problem in making setup

I built Setup of my program but it just be runned in my pc.I know the reason of it but I cannot solve.
I use AGauge control in it but when I'm building setup I cannot add it to my setup.by the way,the Agauge which is used is an Application and I add it to program by "Add Items" option.I could'nt find any dll of it.
can anyone help me solve the problem,Thanks
