While I might be able to write an article, I am more worried about the quality of content. I am in a brand new territory here. Will give it a shot still. Someone who know more about the subject can help me correcting it.

I just posted a huge article I've literally worked two days on and as it posted I saw hamsters.
Now it showed up on the CP home page as if it is new, but when you view it, then it looks like a [draft] copy.
Can someone please help?
So much work went into this and I'm trying not to whine, but....
Problem is that none of my images show up either and there are a lot of them.

Thanks, that is the article. I was so flustered I didn't give the link. 
I tried publishing it again but it looks like it didn't fix it.

Phew... FYI, I finally got the article fixed.
I deleted all the images and re-uploaded all of them.
I posted the article again but a few still didn't show up so I went back in and published it again and they are all showing up now.

I want to post my first article in code project I have stuck when I want to submit it then I have got message like.
The content is either too short or default. - Content contains the phrase 'the code? Did you do anything particularly clever or wild or zany'.

The message is telling you that either you have not written enough for the content to be classed as an article, or you have left some of the template statements in the article template. Please check again what you have tried to submit.
|

|
|
|
Articles in CodeProject should be a bit lengthy may be greater than 1000 words. If your submission is less than that, instead of article submit it to Tips/Tricks section'.

This guy is often having problems with the formats in his blog entries. @Sean-Ewington has already corrected a bunch of them.
I don't know if it is a problem with the blog feeder or he just doesn't learn.

It's a known issue. Might be awhile before it gets addressed ...
I suspect it was approved. Some moderators may be correctly thinking, "Good old Sean and Deeksha, they'll fix it."
And it looks like Deeksha did.

Hi,
I am not supporting any author, but just want to understand why is it illegal to put the link of authors own blog post? (I don't know where the back link points to.)
I see many members does it in their signature, profile or posts too.
If you have valid and convincing reasons, I would also be careful before posting to codeproject in future.
