Same thing was happenning maybe a couple of months back. I guess the same ghost is out to haunt the site again. The favicon shows in the URL box, it does not show in the page tab (the "loading" animation goes on forever). Same thing on IE7. I do not know enough about HTML to know if the colouring is the writers or the standard CP colouring for code. If the CP version I think that the colours chosen could do with a little tweaking.
