I've increased the timeout and there shouldn't be any actual upload restriction. Can you let me know the size of the images that are failing for you?
I have seen timeouts myself and if the issue continues I'll get a bigger boat.

That's better - I can upload a 2592 x 1456, 467KB image with no problems.
But ... when I click on "open link in a new tab" to see the "full size" version I get a 404:
I get a 404 from the image I loaded yesterday as well.

Update: Nelek was getting "contains errors" messages, but the image loads fine for me now.

We had a bunch of posts today that went to moderation, but which took huge time to open the page - CP timed out a couple of times with Hungry Hamsters - when finally loaded it was 5.7MB of database rows.
There is no good reason to post a QA question (or any other post) that big: nobody is going to wade through it in search of anything much at all. So perhaps set a limit - even 200K is probably well over the top - and automatically reject any posts over that? It's just clogging up the system, using up your expensive bandwidth, and slowing the response of the site for no good purpose.

Opening a search result (from the top right Lounge search editbox) that has an old date - like 2014 in this example - is redirecting me on the first page of the Lounge instead of the expected post, example:
The Lounge[^]
and a side question : is it possible to search for somebody in the who's who section ?

This was probably cause by an issue with caching, but it appears to have resolved itself, as it is supposed to do.
You can even see the very first message. The Very First Forum Message [^]
"Time flies like an arrow. Fruit flies like a banana."

the reputation graphic of this user[^] is a bit weird.
the labels top left just say a completely other numbers than the labels in the popup of the graphic and the profile numbers

The date is also wrong in the popup window (it says something 2011 at 6:00 for me.). Also interesting drop of reputation mid-2017, but could be caused by unsubscribing to newsletters.

Before it becomes a problem (and given that Mr Caprine Rectum" was back at the weekend it will, and probably sooner rather than later) perhaps it would be an idea to put all picture to another moderation queue similar to the "messages" and "questions" queues.
That way, the community is prompted to dispose of the malefactors ASAP and nobody gets disturbed?*
* Except the moderators - but we're a fairly disturbed bunch anyway, so ...

Before:
I am reading an article. I want to download the sample. The login page appears. Once logged in, the page redirects to previous page where the article was existing. Here I click download button and the download starts. (Actually it should start download, instead of going to article page.
Now:

Suggestion:
The login page must be a small Window that pops up in front of the web page and it should get the details and set the login status of existing pages.

Go to Your Settings[^], tick the checkbox titled "Remember me so I don't have to log on again", and click the button titled "Save my Settings". That should keep you logged in all the time.

This happens to all articles. I am using incognito in Google Chrome (to avoid filling history in my hard-drive). Hence I cannot store the login credentials in my Chrome. But this behavior was good previously with CodeProject site.

We've always used cookies (as with every other site) to persist login. If you're using incognito mode then Google explicitly states:
Chrome won’t save the following information:
Cookies and site data
So your login won't be persisted.

Thanks for the reply. But I have to explain this clearly. I don't want Chrome to store my login in cookies... But within one incognito window, I am reading an article, trying to download, it redirects to Login page (on the same incognito window). Once I login, it should go to the article page again, but now its going to home page. Previously, with incognito window, it goes to article page and not not. It's ok and I am used to it now. I open the download page in "Open in new tab" and managing this.

When I click on "My Bookmarks" in the dropdown below my name, I get taken to my bookmark page. Looking at the tabs at the top, the focus is on the leftmost tab titled "Forum Message", but the display shows the bookmarked articles. In order to get the forum message bookmarks I need to switch to a different tab and then click the "Forum Message" again.
