Hello! I am Kasam Shaikh, aspiring Technical Architect, Working as Microsoft CoE .NET, along being part of Research and Development team for Cloud in Hexaware Technologies Ltd. Mumbai, India and responsible for Building Architecture, Supporting RFPs, Client convincing with Technical aspects , Coding , Reviewing, Technical Mentoring to Delivery Teams. Being a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), have a good knowledge in Agile methodologies. Extensively worked on Agile projects as a Scrum Master. I started my professional career from 2008. I am right now actively working with ADM Team as Lead developer and core active member . I do mentor developers / senior developer from Microsoft Competency , take sessions for adherence of Software best practices, discussing new features with respect to Microsoft Technologies and Cloud computing especially Microsoft Azure and many other interesting things both online as well as offline. Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Bot Framework, Microsoft Cognitive Systems, Universal Windows Platform Development, Xamarin Forms, MVC, AngularJS and ASP.NET are my core areas of interest.I have Worked with Big Four and leading MNC’s in industries such as Global Markets, Taxation and Government sector, Education LMS, Media and Entertainment.Created POCs for many Capital Markets projects and HealthCare Insurance applications, along with providing recommendation for performance optimization for MVC web applications.When I am off-work, I usually spend time with my Family.
